Anti-bot checks. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile reads technical signals from your browser to tell people apart from bots. It does not show you puzzles in most cases.

What we send. Replies to your service request, estimate and appointment confirmations and reminders, and missed call follow-ups. These are service messages about your own request. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. We collect consent through a separate, optional consent box that starts unchecked. You do not have to check it to contact us, to get an estimate, or to buy any service from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. We do not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any text at any time to cancel. You will get one confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent. You can also call us at (860) 861-8154 or email mavilleclean@gmail.com and ask us to stop. Reply HELP for help.

We never share it. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with any third parties or affiliates. Information sharing is limited to the service providers that help us deliver the messaging program, and only as needed to send the messages you asked to receive.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases.

Service providers. Our website host, and Lead Trade Systems, the company that builds, hosts, and maintains this website for us. Each may access your information only to perform their work for us, only on our instructions, and must keep it confidential.

Legal reasons. When required by law or subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Business transfer. As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information stays subject to a policy at least as protective as this one.

We never sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to reply to your request, do the work, and meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. If you reply STOP, we keep a record that you opted out so we do not text you again by mistake.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and our hosting and messaging providers encrypt data in transit. Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work you asked for. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance.

Phone and email. Call or email us and ask us to stop contacting you.

Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it, using the contact details at the bottom of this page. We will respond as quickly as we can, and we will never treat you worse for asking.

Children's privacy

The Site and our messaging program are intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

The Site may link to other websites or tools, such as our Google Business Profile or review platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
